Miss Equatoria USA – Official Terms and Conditions

By submitting an application and participating in the Miss Equatoria USA Pageant (“the Pageant”), each contestant agrees to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully, as these rules are binding and essential to ensure fairness and excellence throughout the competition.

Application Process

Contestants must complete the official application form in full.
A recent professional photograph must be submitted with the application.
All entry fees are non-refundable, regardless of withdrawal or disqualification.

Participation Requirements

Attend and participate in all official pageant events, rehearsals, workshops, and appearances.
Promote Miss Equatoria USA on social media and in the community in a positive and respectful manner.
Adhere to the code of conduct, maintaining professionalism and courtesy throughout the season.
Accept the final decisions of the judges and organizers as binding.
Notify organizers of conflicts or emergencies promptly.

Eligibility Criteria

Be between 18 and 30 years old at the time of the pageant

Requirements

Have at least one parent of Equatorian descent
U.S. citizenship
Be in good physical and mental health
Be able to commit the necessary time and effort to participate in all official events and rehearsals
Residency within the United State
Must not be married, pregnant, or have children during the time of the competition

Additional Qualifications

Demonstrated educational achievements
Record of community involvement and/or volunteering
Special talents, public speaking skills, or other relevant accomplishments
